While maybe not a longterm thing, Flynn can help Roxas learn to focus and centre himself, in a sort of zen-philosophy lifestyle. Really, Flynn needs some meditation buddies

Roxas would probably benefit from that honestly. He has a hard time directing a lot of his emotions so meditation could probably help with that.

Roxas would probably think Flynn was a cool guy if he got to know him.
