Attitude:
North is a pretty nice, easy going guy. He's open, friendly, and perhaps a little too trusting for his own good. Definitely the big brother type, this one. However, lately he's had a lot of his mind as he learns about his future, and kind of doesn't know what to all that so it's just sort of sitting there in the back of his mind.
Theta is North's AI. He's a bit of a bundle of nerves, very anxious and shy despite being a fragment of trust. Still, if North says you're okay, Theta will probably come out to say hi.

Types of CR you're looking for: I'm up for anything really. Friends are always good

Things you'd like to avoid: Not off the top of my head, but basically anything that results in a really bad end is not what I'm lookin for.

Shipping: Could be a thing

[Roxas]
Attitude: Quiet kid working through a few things. Extremely loyal to his friends, but it takes a while to break him out of his shell. Currently ill-tempered due to dreams not letting him sleep. Haunted by his past.

Types of CR you're looking for: Roxas always needs friends/people to break him out of his shell. Older silbing/parental figures are always welcome.

Things you'd like to avoid: Not off the top of my head.

Shipping: It's a possibility but Roxas is a bit thick in this department so you'd have to really work at it.

Attitude: A tsunny semi-antisocial workaholic death demon with a soft, squishy insecure underside. He generally keeps a lot to himself and...while it's not always so much trust issues, he does take a little bit of time warming up to new people. It especially takes longer when dealing with women. Can be a good kid once he's comfortable though.
Types of CR you're looking for: All the things.
Things you'd like to avoid: Nothing that wouldn't already be awkward for a 10ish/hell if I know how old he's supposed to look year old
Shipping: ...Does your character want to hit on a thousand year old shota?
Dream Eaters: Meow Wow (Moxie), Komory Bat (Val), Me Me Bunny (Buster), and a Hebby Repp (Malenzio)

[Almaz]
Attitude: Super dorky hero dork with the worst kind of luck ever. Very well-rounded guy over all; tries to do the right thing, tries to conflicts, (tried to be the only voice of sanity while being cooped up in a Netherworld for awhile). He's sort of failtastic, and bit more on the timid side. At the very least he's almost always gets the butt end of everybody shenanigans. But whenever serious business rolls in he's not that afraid to step up.
Types of CR you're looking for: Good with anything, although as weird as it might sound, he does need a dosage of 'unfortunate' down the line (because that is where most of his character revolves around). But I think just about any solid CR will also do.
Things you'd like to avoid: Nothing too tremendously breaky though. Playing characters who are dead inside is not a fun thing.
Shipping: You can try, but this one is happily and canonily married.
Dream Eaters: Pin the Pricklmane. Though he will be getting Mao the Thunderaffe and Raspberyl the Peepsta Hoo soooon

Attitude: Quiet by definition. She will not talk to you, because she does not trust you. It's nothing personal, just a fat load of PTSD and very limited experience with human contact. If you can interpret her silent demeanor and body language, she's got a dry sense of humor and an unending fount of determination for any task presented.
Types of CR you're looking for: Up for anything, but it'd be great if she could have a pal to blow off steam with. Sparring, target practice, whatever; she may find it easier to connect with someone in a relationship based around training and fighting.
Things you'd like to avoid: Nothing in particular.
Shipping: I may be, but her trust issues run far too deep to make it viable any time soon.

Lin Beifong

Name: Lin Beifong (lessabrasive)
Attitude: Very competent ex-Police Chief. She's a little stiff and stern, and presents a serious front when it comes to both the network and meetings in person. No-nonsense is the key. She's pretty trustworthy. She's a cop, and tends to think like one even if her player isn't very good at that. First impressions stick, and she's very abrasive if she doesn't like/respect you -- but actions are louder than words with Lin: prove yourself, and she'll change her mind about you. That's not to say she can't loosen up a little in general; Lin has a sense of humour, but her dream eaters are definitely more personable right off the bat than she is.
Types of CR you're looking for: Crack and Serious are equally welcome. Lin can pretty much be considered one of the Responsible Adults of the game, so if you need help with something, she'll likely assist you. Or lecture you, if needs must.
Things you'd like to avoid: Caaaan't think of anything.
Shipping: Unless something crops up through the course of RP, I'm not looking.
Dream Eaters: Lin has a Prickle Mane and a Peepsta Hoo, both of whom need names.

Attitude: Expect a standoff-ish woman who doesn't seem to know the magic of friendship, even with the few people she manages to call such. She's more than a little bit broken inside, and has a scary temper. 'Kind of a bitch' is fairly accurate: she's cool-to-cold and abrasive, especially with people she doesn't know or dislikes. She doesn't trust easily, if at all, thanks to the events in her life. If you have some of that rare rare trust, though, it's a fragile thing: handle with care. Definitely someone you want on your side in a fight.
Types of CR you're looking for: All the things! I like positive AND negative CR, though hilariously the former is harder to get with than the latter.
Things you'd like to avoid: Can't think of anything at the moment, but if it comes up, I will be quick to let you know.
Shipping: She's in denial over the Thing she and York don't have together. (It's probably going to get worse before it gets better.) :(
Dream Eaters: Dax the Hebby Rep (lazy as hell, aqua coloured and has a tophat); Lela the Frootz Cat (the hippy shipper cat of the game: she loooooooooooves you, even if she hasn't met you yet) and Tobin the Tama Sheep (newly made).

Hopefully. I'd really like for non-cast to get in her good graces and see her open up a little, but yeah it'll take time and dedication XD

Attitude: Soma's pretty easygoing, but can come off as aloof and terrifying standoffish at first. It's not his fault; Drac left his mark on the poor boy. He can get along with anyone who's willing to look past the predatory aura he gives off.

Avoid: Nothing that I can think of offhand, except sexytimes (which I don't see happening anyway.)
Shipping: Difficult question. Soma's kinda clueless about romance, but he has Attachments back home that he'll feel really guilty about if he gets into anything here.

Attitude: Snarky, sarcastic, abrasive, playful, maybe a little flirtatious, and maybe a bit of an asshole. Add into that the fact that he's not sleeping until he absolutely passes out, then having psychotic episodes when he does sleep, and he's a veritable wild card.
Types of CR you're looking for: ANYTHING. Seriously. He needs friends and frenemies and people to kick the crap out of him. Hell, he could actually use a sparring partner, his actual fighting skills sans suit really do suck. (He's still above average, but. He needs the distraction.)
Things you'd like to avoid: Basically just death. There's no avoiding his myriad triggers, right now.
Shipping: He's trying this thing called "monogamy" with a real dynamite gal, and he'd really love to not fuck that up.

Attitude: Quiet and introspective ex-marine, with just a bit of stubbornness. Chris is a good person at heart but has times when he doubts his worth as a fighter. He also moonlights as a superhero called a Kamen Rider, though no one knows this.
Types of CR you're looking for: Anything and everything, seriously. He needs friends and possibly a girlfriend BAD.
Things you'd like to avoid: No killing him off without a good reason, and no maiming him or disfiguring him.

They have family, they have enemies, and they have people who aren't family who are temporarily useful. Jaime has exactly two people he's not related to who he counts as friends back in his world. So... yeah. Friends would be good. Also, sparring partners?
Things you'd like to avoid: I don't think I've been rp-ing long enough to know what I want to avoid... I'm pretty thick skinned when it comes to Jaime-flavored drama, though.
Shipping: Jaime has a... complicated relationship with his significant other back home, so he's not going to be looking for that here.
Backtags: From context and others' posts, I'm guessing this means "Is it ok to reply to older threads this character has been involved in?" Which... doesn't really apply to Jaime since he's been here for all of two days, but for future reference, I'm gonna say "yes." (Is there a reason people would say no?)

Attitude: Wash is incredibly prickly and sarcastic upon first meeting, though that's started to lighten up a bit. If you can manage to get past that, he has a friendly gooey core deep down. He's an idealist who's had the idealism kicked out of him by the world, and it's taking him a very long time to recover from that.
Types of CR you're looking for: Anything! Negative CR is just as funny as positive CR with this one.
Things you'd like to avoid: I don't want to break him. There's a few specific situations that'll cause that - I'll let you know if we start heading down that path. Aside from that, I'm good with almost anything.
Shipping: Happily taken, thank you. She'd probably find it funny if someone else flirted with him, though.
Dream Eaters: Fang the Komory Bat, a total dork who wants to make friends with everyone; Melody the Necho Cat, who just about redefines overprotective; Puddles the Thunderaffe, who is overly affectionate and seems to think he's a lapdog.
