Things you'd like to avoid: Anything that makes you uncomfortable or you're just not interested in.
Shipping: Interested? Not interested?
Backtags: Yes/No
Best Method of Contact: Private PM, Plurk, E-mail, AIM, MSN, Yahoo, tumblr, smoke signals, etc
Other Misc. Crap: Whatever else might be important

Wash needs more competent people in his life. Soma may fit that bill, provided that they don't come to blows in the FILSS thread. Thoughts?
